Around 1.2 million of the DK have died since 2019, so the gap is probably accurate

Looks like the jet stream is beginning to head northwards which should bring drier and warmer weather to the south. Next few days will be changeable, then Azores fingers crossed, the site dries for the build. Quite happy to see the rain move up here! (Until the end of June) -
We're just meant to have started a project at the start of the year but constant infighting between senior leadership on the direction/strategy/technology to use has meant that so far this year I've had small amounts of busy periods followed by days of having essentially sod all to do. My worry is that they keep saying they are close to a decision and keep saying they want it released by August (which was the date they were giving at the start of the year too) If it lands at just the wrong time it will be a very stressful last few weeks before Glastonbury. I'm hoping they keep arguing with each other for a few more weeks and it's all just chaos after Glastonbury. I have now done the bulk of any clothes shopping I intend to do including a brand new waterproof as my sacrifice to the weather gods.

What bags do you use to bring in your cocktails and what size? Just a plastic zip lock bag type thing? Haven't done it before but it sounds good 👍 -

and these are for mayoral elections which probably don't get the same amount of attention/funding etc as the national polls...it isn't an exact science of course but they are getting better...but labour lead seems to vary between 15 and 25% which is quite a big difference. What would worry me in Labour, and will give Tories hope, is the amount of Don't Knows or Undecideds which mostly seem to be people who voted Tory last time. If Tories can win them back, and also win back some who are thinking of voting reform/labour with tax cut promises or national service for the woke youth or promises of a referendum on leaving the ECHR or whatever they're thinking of next, then it could actually be a lot closer than polls suggest.
