Needs global leadership...because whatever UK does in terms of carbon emissions is going to make close to f**k all difference. What we can do is show leadership, and actually we've done ok on that front, but ultimately no one really cares about what we do, and infact seems that most of the world just think we're a bunch of w*nkers anyway. Need US back on board, need China, India, Indonesia and other highly populated and rapidly developing countries on board.
