Ticket office collection

I will be collecting my ticket tomorrow (Thursday) but not sure where the ticket office is located or which colour gate entrance to head for. Any help appreciated? (ps I'm camping at the Lowther Holiday park nearby and will be arriving by bicycle)

Just bike all the way through the caravan park, you will end up at low gardens bridge then it’s a  climb all the way to the site , just head towards the castle and bare left up the hill come to a cattle grid turn right head up the road you can go right into the castle or into the festival

I've just cycled and reccied it! Perfect thanks (it's a push up the hill with the bike fully loaded up)
