Home festival Treviso split up into two festivals:

Core festival 7-9 June - Treviso

Home festival 12-14 July - Venezia

3 day tickets for Core festival happening on the same place like last year just under a new name are 80€, lineup coming soon. Core has the same webpage like Home last year, only name and design has changed.
Home festival has new website, without any addition information till today.

Is there anything more known already? Will be one more rock and other more electronic oriented ? Why did they split ? Both festivals are organized by the same organizer?

Went to Treviso last year, there were some downsides but enjoyed myself, overall decent festival.

No day tickets?

Are rappers so popular in Italy ? :)

Never heard somebody go fond for Young Thug, but maybe I belong to a different segment. The announcement of him headlining actually got me off guard.

I'd say that, not considering Paul Kalkbrenner, the only hype-able names in the festival so far are Editors and Mura Masa and partially LP

    • I thought some time back that I could see Get Down Services getting a slot in Woodsies
    • Tickets on sale when I'm abroad (I'm assuming this sells out in minutes), and the actual dates could not be worse for me work-wise. Still going to try to get tickets, of course, but god damn!
    • I'm personally confident that Slipknot will be one of the headliners next year (no insider info just lines up with them likely releasing an album soon)    Then there's the headliner that's never played the festival before which the bookers have alluded to so that's one of Blink, Foos, NIN, Nickelback and possibly Pearl Jam or even Bon Jovi    The third band I also think will be a new headliner who are being bumped up so Deftones, Offspring, Paramore Etc.    I'd love Slipknot, Foos and Paramore but realistically i'd go with Slipknot, Blink and Deftones
    • Loads of people have to listen to music they don't like all day, while at work!   Not much different.
    • Generally shorter too, I imagine. 🙂
