Campervan internal layout

Hi All,

I'm getting worried about the layout of our campervan for Glastonbury.

We have a fixed bed (rock and roll type) and a unit, but don't have the hob/water actually plumbed in.

How picky are they about this?

It's a T4, and it's clearly not a builders van with a bed in the back.  We'll be using an awning for the kids to sleep in, and regularly camp in it.  Will it be OK?

Thanks,

sounds like you will be fine, if it has windows, a bed and looks like a camper then I can't see an issue.

ok it's a different festival but at IOW i saw loads of VW vans( no windows) with mattresses in the back and even a beetle with a tipi/yurt type thing only vaguely attached that had no problem getting into the CV field.

I don't see a problem.

A lot of campsites wont allow commercial vehicles so if yours has passed the mustard with them you will be alright for Glasto.

The DVLA has strict guidelines as to what a camper van is but Glasto wont get their rule book out

If it looks like a camper you will be OK especially with kids.

If someone brings an obvious van in they may have problems
