ID for under 21s

Does the below, copied off the website, mean that a bunch of 16 yr olds accompanied by me, all have to be in possession of some form of ID as well as their tickets?

Anyone know?

Not in my experience....taken my daughter at 14/15/16 but never needed ID. Think I'd read that one year as well, took our passports but never needed them. Don't take my word on this though....

Cheers. Seems a bit strange but looks pretty clear from that.

Might get them all to take a photocopy or scan of something just in case.

Unfortunately there is no way I will need ID...
