Access to Campervan fields on Tuesday

We are staying with friends in the campervan fields but will be arriving separately by car on the Tuesday. Will we be able to get into the campervan fields on the Tuesday? Or do we have to wait until Wednesday morning?

Thanks! First time at Glasto so no idea what to expect!

A difficult one as only campervans, motorhomes and caravans allowed in on Tuesday. Not sure if you parked the car how you would be able to walk to the campervan field (presume East) until Gate C opens on Wed morning. Maybe someone else can better help!

You can walk through the car park fields and then across to the camper van area. You may get told by the car park stewards that you can't walk a certain route but explain your reason and if possible get your friend to meet you at the camper van field entrance so you can find their pitch.

Are they campervan East or West?  

West you would have to park up after 9pm and then walk on the roads to get there - would advise taking great care and making sure your friends have all of your kit!

East - The que goes through the campervan fields in East so should be ok - but you might need to talk to the stewards about getting in - maybe your mates need to be around to get you in (have never done it so cant be certain).  You wont be able to park til after 9 though.

Thank you for your replays. Will park up on the Tuesday and try and get in. If any trouble will get mate from campervan to come out and help.
