EE Power Bars

Hey so my bf has ordered a power bar to collect from store, he has rang them this morning they have them, however the assistant in store is saying that he cant release them until tomorrow morning !!

 

We are leaving at 4am, so absolute waste of time... anybody else had this problem ??

Me and my GF picked up ours in EE store in Liverpool on Saturday no problem, just showed them the code texted by EE on our phones, so think your store is mistaken

I think they might have not fully understood, As I'm sure the general (non Glasto) come out tomorrow. Anyway you can get them from any store not just the one u selected online. try a different store

I thought that I just take the wrist band and last years power and then I'll get a new one....?

It needs to be an April 2015 or newer power bar according to the email.

I don't think you can use last year's powerbar.. need one of the new free ones

Only gave you half a charge or only came with half a charge?? Mine from the shop today only came with half a charge but have charged it up fully now ready to take with me!!!

Only gave me half a charge! Have recharged and used it twice, 50% both times. As I said, not too worried as it was free, we can exchange them on site, and my phone battery typically lasts 3 days anyway!

I went to pick up mine about an hour ago - I went into the store I'd requested and at first they said they'd have to check they had any left, which was annoying. But luckily they did and all I gave them was my text code and they sent me on my merry way.

just text FESTIVAL to 365. You'll get a code immediately which they need to release the powerbar to you.

My friend has one from like february 2015 or something but has a wristband, how will that effect him getting a charger on site or is it just not possible?

If he texts festival to 365, shows the code and wristband will he get one there?
