Is anyone up for a Tipi?

The situation is this: myself and a friend will be on site next year, and we quite fancy not taking a tent and not having to worry about where to camp. But, there's only two of us and that's a lot of money to spend. So, having talked it over with her, we'd both be pleased to share a tipi with a couple of others. We'd rather have space than have six people crammed in, so I'm just posting to see whether there are a couple of others (an existing pair or a couple of individuals) who'd be up for sharing a tipi with us?

If prices are the same as last year, that would mean £237 each, or about £47 per person, per night. Yes, it's a lot, but it'd be great and takes away one of the major hassles which is to find a spot. Plus, you get all the tipi village stuff.

Anyway, it's probably early days to throw out an offer like this but if anyone's interested, let me know. I've always felt it's a bit of a shame that the tipis tend to go to existing groups of 6, or families. It'd be good to get to know anyone who'd consider sharing so we're all comfortable beforehand.

Ok, as you were.

Thanks, OBface. It's a bit of a long shot, to be honest. Who wants to share a tipi with people they don't know? Especially when one of them has a picture of a smiling balaclava'd man as his profile avatar?

I'm just hoping to somehow find 2-4 chilled Glasto-type people who want to come along for the ride, really. We'll see.

Who wouldn't want to tent with such a person?! A like-minded soul will be along soon enough.

Re-reading my post I see that it was quite misleading. What I was trying to say was that I would be really keen for a tipi but my pal would want to stay in the same offsite place again this year.
