showers?

First timer for Kendal. We're in the camper van field.

Are there any free showers for us to use?

Everyone in camper van field last year was given emperors field bands so you could use the showers in there. Bit of a hike mind.

There weren't any free showers just for camper van field though. There was a set of showers costing £5 or £6 a shot just round the corner. May sound a rip off, but there were around 100 people queueing at emperors and nobody at all at the pay ones ! So you'd save a hour or so in the queue waiting

Not sure what the set up will be this year, but last year, the queue in the emperors field for the showers was so long I used the showers in the family field. As I had a emperor wrist band I didn't have to pay and there was no queue. Don't tell everyone.

The better half was getting up at 7 to shower in Emperors last year and was showered and back within 10minutes no queue at all. Then she just went back to sleep for a bit.

Don't mind paying! Will take towel & shower gel just in case. Otherwise it's baby wipes all the way!
