Pick-up/drop-off

We've had threads about the luggage limit on the National Express coaches but what about the coaches from the drop-off point to the site? Would a rucksack and two crates be a problem there?

Weirdly, I've just e-mailed the festival office about this. I'm hoping to take a rucksack and a garden trolley. I'll let you know what they say.

I took the shuttle from the Bath and West drop off point in 2013, taken National Express in six other years

some were regular coach/ bus type vehicles some were double decker bus'

I figure same rules as the National Express

But, seriously look at it logically

No-one is going to get turned away or told 'you can't take all that stuff' - unless you are really OTT

Also, think about the people around you

The shuttle is a continues series of coaches, the NX was just one every two hours [or something] and was ticketed

54 seats, 54 tickets sold, should be more strict

In the double decker the 'hold' would fill way before the seats so people would stuff on their laps, just to get as many people on the coach and on their way

We all have the same final goal which is to get onto site as soon as as safely as possible

Be courteous to the people around you too, how would you lke it if you were made to wait for the next bus bcos the people infront had loads of stuff and filled the hold

or, take ages putting their stuff into the hold becos its a crate and has to be put upright incase contents fall out, rather than back packs/ tents which can be just thrown in

Carry your beer on your lap or put it on the floor, you may not find it once you reach the site if someone else has taken it from the hold
