cancelled ticket

I cancelled my ticket on 9th may as I could not get the time off work but since then have managed to get the time off, I tried to reinstate the ticket and had an email from head of complaints at See to say this was not possible as there were no tickets left to sell ( this was after the final resale) and that if he could physically get me a ticket he would. This morning I have received 4 tickets and mine is amongst that, is it still worth me trying to get in with this ticket?? From previous experience I can't recall them entering your ticket number into anything when you go to collect your wrist band and that they only checked the watermark on the ticket to make sure its genuine. Do I have any argument if I get stopped due to the fact that I have an email from See to say if they could send me a ticket they would and I now have a ticket in my possession???

Thanks in advance :-) :-)

I'm sure they don't enter your number into any computer when you go in or scan it in anyway. They just check it is genuine with watermark and it's your picture on there. There is no way to tell it's a cancelled ticket

Indeed, I don't recall any special checks beyond looking at your ticket. Hate the thought of you going though and coming unstuck at the gate. I guess I'd go along, and be on edge big time until through with my wristband on. If you're in a CV field, your ticket is checked each time you pass through into the site - so at least if within the site you only get it checked once.
