So, we are driving down from Yorkshire on the Tuesday evening, we're also taking the Mother In Law to her friends in Bristol for the duration of Glasto. we usually arrive in the car parks at 4am (ish) with no road traffic at all, then joing queue around 6am.

this is an option this year, OR we could stay ovenight in Bristol......but when do the roadsusually begin to clear so we're not sat in traffic for hours and hours on the Wednesday

Every time I've left Bristol at 5:30am I've been on site in around an hour with no problems whatsoever.

I have also left at 10am before and it took roughly 5hrs to get there which was a nightmare.

Not sure what time the traffic would clear for you to leave later but I'm guessing around 4pm maybe.
