Not a great deal. An extra wristband with 'press' on it which gets you into the press area and some non-public tracks/backstage areas. In some years they've given press camping options to pitch tents in 'boutique camping' areas but not always. The press area is useful for getting printouts of the latest line-up/stage-times each morning (usually more accurate than the program) and maybe a free bottle of water if you're lucky ;) It'll all be in the info they send you.
