Travelling by train

So First Great Western have released their 'additional/scheduled' services for Glasto week, and I can see almost no difference in their timetables. I checked before and after last Friday's publication date, and there's certainly nothing earlier, and maybe just a couple of extra trains. The first train from London won't reach Castle Cary until after 9am on the Wednesday! Compare that to National Express and if you want to get there early, it's going to have to be by coach. All quite disappointing.

Is anyone else travelling by train? What will be your plan of attack come 25th?

I've since checked with FGW and they claim there are in fact several additional services.

Looking at the timetables, it appears the very first train into Castle Cary comes from Weymouth and arrives shortly after 6:30am. A few minutes later, from Exeter St Davids, a service arrives at the station. From the other direction, a service starts from Westbury and gets in at just before 7:15am. Trains from Bristol start at 5:44am but you'd still have to change at Westbury and get the aforementioned service from there.

Does anyone have any experience of Castle Cary station at this point in the day? If you're on the first train, there can't surely be that much of a queue, because there's technically nobody before you. So the issue will instead be the bus stuck in traffic getting to the site, and joining the queue at Gate A. It would be ideal if GF had a way to fast-track buses rather than have them join the general traffic, but that would be impossible on the roads around the site.
