Performed at Festival

Has anyone here ever been a performer in the festival?

Having failed to get tickets in the first wave me and the future husband are exploring other ways into the festival for our Honeymoon. We are both professional actors and performance artists. I contacted Glastonbury about us doing a piece and they've passed us on to the relevant people in the theatre/circus area (although that was a while ago and we've still not heard anything :s) Just wondering if anyone else has ever tried this approach or performed at the festival?

The festival office was correct to pass you on as basically each field, tent, venue etc has its own booking team and system.

Try direct contacting the very nice Mr Haggis McLeod for the circus field.

You would have to agree to x number of shows on y number of days.

Were well up for that in exchange for entry and to be fair to be able to say we performed at Glastonbury
