Ignoring the crux of this article being about Nick Grimshaw and Rizzle Kicks, do the general points in the article, and specifically the above quote, point towards there being an improved level of TV coverage for V this year?

I dont know when the Grimmy thing will happen, as he is doing BBC3 show at the moment

I would like to see more coverage or me to record from V, but id like coverage of any festivals really

BBC Three usually have pretty good coverage of Glasto, T and Reading. If you press red they usually have 3 or 4 screens to choose from.

Yeah, so that really only leaves V for channel 4 to do if they would do any televised stuff. I can see them doing some V-themed playlist shows

Would be good to see abit of coverage over the weekend but I can't see them filling all night with it as they have the shows they usually put on at 8-11

As some have noted - the stage previously known as the '4Music Stage' is now to be known as 'Stage 2'.

They've also renamed the Undercover tent (in fact they've not even called it a tent so maybe it might be outdoors?) so this could be part of a wider restructuring without C4 actually pulling out?

Maybe C4 have pulled out and thats why we dont have equal acts on each day. They could have used the sponsor money on more acts but C4 pulled out so they couldnt book acts. Just a theory, one of my many controversial ones

Seeming as C4 have obviously now renewed their contract with V, maybe the delay was due to V asking for improved coverage?

Maybe C4 had the contract signed, V just released the wrong poster with spelling mistakes; or they were in talks and V said we can do the fest without you to C4 and published the poster to prove it. I think V should at least tell us why the constant delays

It's all over radio 1, they even have a week of build up to it where they play little except niche rock bands who 90% of the typical listeners won't have heard of
