Badger80 send details (im not a scammer) i cant promise anything as we may have to blag it. Plus i'd obviously have to prioritize friends, but if there's no one else i'l try n get you a ticket

Nobody's lucky, stop getting excited. I'm being offered full price for the ticket, but off people who won't really appreciate it as much as efest people. So to compromise with myself is there anyway i could ask for like 50 quid. You wouldn't have to pay it till either we receive a confirmation ticket, or we exchange hands at the festival. I feel bad asking, but i'm being offered full price from people who wouldn't exactly be as enthusiastic so id rather some who would appreciate goes but want to ease the feeling i'm giving up enough money to have paid for my ticket.

Because I'm being offered 200 quid for it, but would rather someone enthusiastic go. Plus 50's a whole 200 pound less than what i paid. I feel cheeky asking but if i hadn't got a ticket then i don't think 50 is too extortionate from a complete stranger.

You didn't actually pay for this ticket though, you got it for free in a competition. I just think it's a bit cheeky asking money for it, you're just selling it for your own gain. If you don't need/want the ticket then tell the Guardian that you don't want it and they'll contact someone else who has entered the competition.

Well he did pay face value for his own ticket so there's no reason why he shouldn't sell it for that. One question though for OP, why were you entering competitions when you already have a ticket?

If you put it on eBay it would go for a fortune, so I think its nice to offer it here, yes maybe money for nothing may not seen right but truth us every penny helps these days, well done on the comp, sweet to offer it here, and I hope someone gets it that appreciate it :)

    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
