Refund

I managed to get a Wed coach package ticket for someone yesterday. But he's not happy about it as he didn't want to get there untill Thu/Fri (as he thinks nothing happens on the Wed). And he doesn't want the extra expense of another day or not sure if he can get the Wed off work.

I haven't told him how much he's owes me yet (£245). I'm not sure he knows the coach packages are more.

Do you know if you can get a refund on coach packages from the resale? I didn't select the ticket insurance.

Also there's 2x other people on the booking who are still going to go.

Just so I can say "Well you can always get a refund if you dont wanna go"!

I think its usually up until a month before you can get a refund minus a £10 admin fee.
