Ticket Error

My cousin has just gone to pay his balance, and put his card details in, the card has failed, so he tried his girlfields and that also failed, he went to try again, and now it says there is already a transaction underway on his registration number when he puts it in, but not money has gone out of his account, if that makes any sence... Anybody know what could be wrong, there is money in both accounts he used and they was debit cards.

The money wouldn't necessarily show as being out of the account immediately.

It does say in the email it will be instantly. Hes gonna ring them tomorrow, cheers for the advise, hes flapping like a bird in the wind.
