Some of you may have noticed I haven't posted on these Download boards for a little while. The reason behind this is that my ticket has only just been confirmed this morning.

Basically, my cousin's best mate works for LN and has sorted me out with two tickets every year since 2008. This year I had no reason to believe any different until it got to about a month before the festival and I hadn't heard anything from him directly, only through my cousin saying he was trying to sort it out... None of my mates are going, and was kind of relying on two tickets so I wouldn't have to fly solo. I finally got a message this morning informing me that this year he's only able to get one ticket. This leaves me with two options - 1) Contact the only person I know who is going - an ex (and her bf)or 2) appeal to the lovely people of efestivals and see if anyone fancies adopting me...

So erm... 27 year old laid back stoner type, and veteran of eight Downloads seeks similarly laid back and not too rowdy friends to spent a probably damp weekend in a field with... Any takers?!

You seen Camp Loner on the official boards? I'm going with only 1 mate and camping with them lot. Dunno much more about it but could be worth checking out, it has like 200+ people show up and most seem cool. Big range of ages and stuff.

As I say I'm with that lot so you're welcome to meet me and my mate when we're with them or something.
