Camping store around Glasto?

Are there any camping/backpacking stores around Glasto? I need to buy propane canister for a backpacking stove and maybe some free-dried food. Millets doesn't sell this stuff.

last year there was a millets at Glasto, between the pyramid stage and the john peel tent. you could order stuff in advance and collect it there. i guess they will do the same this year?

Depends where you're coming from - plenty of options in Bristol. There may also be somewhere closer (Shepton Mallet, Wells etc) but i'm not sure. Always used to be an army surplus store in Wells but not sure if it's still there...

there is a camping shop in Wells, in Queen street.

They sell pretty much everything you might want. either drive up priory road and turn into queen street - theres sometimes free parking spaces or park in the car park by the bus station and walk up market street. You can also get camping stuff in Tinknells country store in Wells, which is on the glastonbury road roundabout.

Also reccomended highly is The Gorge Outdoors at the bottom of Cheddar Gorge
