It is thought out properly if you ask me, same as every year dance and indie alternate on stages. Works well.

Would have no complaints with Paolo on fri chems on sat and kasabian closing the show. Guess there will b 30,000 folks with a different opinion though. I Would just prefer to be at main stage on Sunday night.

Line up is not well thought out clashes on Friday and Saturday then nothing on Sunday. Unless you count polo nutella, glasvegas are pish also. I saw them support u2 they were pish

Kasabian are a sensational live band, i'm willing to bet they convert a good few folk next Friday.(as you may have guessed...im a fan!!)

First time I'll have seen Kasabian at a festival since 'that' 2007 appearance at T in the Park on the NME stage. If it's half as good as that, it'll be a great show.

Still fondly remember that 2007 set, they were the headliners of that weekend IMO, special special set, shame last years wasnt anywhere close, still looking forward to them on Friday though, new song has an electronic vibe to it too

I'll be checking out Kasabian, last time I saw them was at T 2007 and it was immense so I'm a bit disappointed to hear that they haven't been as good as that since.

Yeah thing is I love the Cribs too. When the line-up was announced Chems and the Cribs were the two who I wanted to see most. I'm kind of hoping for an Aphex Twin/Leftfield situation from last year where they stop them from clashing but there hasn't exactly been a demand for it like there was last year.

Cribs V Chems is a bit of a nightmare clash for me. I was all set to see the Chems up until Marr left the Cribs and now I'm really torn as I hope they'll be back to their best now that Johnny Marr has buggered off

Yeah I have to admit I was never a huge fan of the Cribs before TITP last year but they were one of my favourite acts at the festival, were really great live. Really got into them over the past year and was delighted when they were announced for Rockness. Just hoping they even come on a bit earlier so I can catch a few songs.

On 6 Music last Friday we had a show inspired by Kasabian. Now Playing dedicated its playlist to Kasabian related artists - be those who inspired the band itself, other Midlands acts etc etc....

This ranged from Primal Scream to Public Enemy, The Stone Roses to the Beach Boys!!!

The new tunes sounded great, loved the fact they opened with Club Foot.

not a major fan of Kasabian or the Chems, although I appreciate that they're both pretty massive. Was very impressed with both of them.
