Girls, if you're not already on the pill, then you need to get it sorted this week. You need to be on it for a month before it's fully effective. Also if you are due on over the festival, you can just carry on taking it and your period won't come.

There's some truth in this joke thread.

PMT at a festival isn't good and neither are period pains. Also the trouble of dealing with a period at a festival isn't nice.

If you suffer from either really badly then you could consider the pill but there is also a pill available from the doctor I think its called norethisterone that you take 3 days before you're due and you take it 3 times a day and it will postpone the bleed until you stop taking it .
