See tickets site says :

Tickets have been despatched from our offices to the address provided.

Your tickets were prepared for dispatch on 12 May 2011. Tickets will typically leave our office the following working day.

Still waiting

Read back through the thread, if See don't have them, mail DX and they will arrange a delivery on the date you want.

The 10th June is just a generalised date. Mine said that but I was told "within the next fortnight", so I rearranged for tomorrow.

If everyone reads back through the thread there is lots of info... but to summarise:

Email or call DX (the number/email address is listed in this very thread)

Ask them if they have your tickets

If they say yes, ask if you can arrange delivery at a convenient time for yourself

make sure you're in on that day

recieve tickets

do a happy dance :D

I just got a reminder email from DX saying that I still needed to rearrange delivery. Only I didn't get an email saying it was coming or one to say that delivery was unsuccessful.

Never mind, its coming on Monday :0) x

Am I being blind -

It says I can arrange delivery online but I cannot find it anywhere on the site?!

Any ideas...Or am I blind. I wouldn't be surprised! ;)

a quick question to those people who have their tickets

does it say anything about taking a secondary form of photo ID with you

as I have just been on stewards training and we were told to check the

secondary against the ticket photo

The delivery link asks for a tracking number of reference number. When I rang I used the reference number from the SEE website and they used that to tell me they had my tickets. As I don't have a tracking number, I've used that same reference number and asked for them to be delivered tomorrow.

Using that reference number will be okay, won't it?

I just need some reassurance. Thanks :)

Right Seetickets said "Tickets have been dispatched to the address provided" on the 13th may, I sent DX and e-mail today asking to arrange a time for the to be delivered and they said "Thank you for your email. Please be assured your Glastonbury ticket will be delivered in time for the event." Now that isn't really what I was asking is it?
