My step-daughter (for want of a better expression) has got a ticket. She is going to pay the balance but her friend who also has one may not. Other friends are trying in the resale. If she pays her balance and then none of her mates get tickets can she still return the ticket? I seem to recall something about May 6th but would appreciate any confirmation that she can still return the ticket and get (most of) her money back.
