I found this website implying that Kasabian would headline a stage on the Sunday. Does anyone know the source of this "announcement"? http://www.5gig.co.uk/blog/kasabian-announce-intimate-uk-tour/ For the record, I'm not bothered either way - they're good live, but there are other bands (REM, Elbow) I'd prefer to see.

that website looks hardly credible and yes i agree it was probably mixed up with IOW. Kasabian would not take headlining anything smaller than the pyramid and if they did what they would charge would not make it worth while. For a website to have information like that and no where else reporting it all over the place makes it seem untrue
