Missing email confirmation

NTL world for me too and no email eiher confirmation or from the reference number finder. I have had this problem with see for years and blamed them, looks like the number of people all having ntl world addresses it might be VM? Anyone with more info. I tried the see tickets phone lines twice only to get to an engaged tone after a number of menu choices and waffle costing me 10p a minute.

I can't see how it can be anything other than vm. Everyone with the problem is using an ntl address and we can't even retrieve the tracking number as that doesn't come trough either. The only other explanation is that Seetickets has a dns issue resolving ntlworld.com e-mail addresses.

I don't know about others, but my ntlworld email has worked with seetickets in the past so if they are having a techy problem it looks like it's a recent one. I've had a delve into my online junk folder - thanks for that tip, I hadn't realised it was there! - but no emails from seetix.

I'm just heartily relieved to know there is an order in the system.

I KNOW I paid the deposit, about 9:20, and after tix had sold out, when the page was available again I put my regn in and was told deposit had been paid. HOWEVER I have still not got an email.

Anyone else in this situation? What to do now? seetickets tracker isnt available.

I'm sure I'm not alone?

Anyone have an email adress for customer services rather than via the contact form on the website?

Had no probs with Hopity Farm tix last year.

I have filled out the contact us form on the see site asking them to forward my conf email to a different email address and explaining the problem, will see if anything happens :rolleyes:

It has to be 7 numbers, I just put 1234567 and explained problem in the message box, may work may not, unable to phone them at the moment

Still no joy with the email, BUT checked my bank account and there is £180 difference, So unless my hubbys been very trigger happy with our card this weekend (which would end in divorce) i am presuming its our deposit.. woohoo.

On another note, I am a very sad person and keep my emails filed, and found my emails from last year for Glasto so fortunatly had my ref numbers. But i received their emails last year and i havnt changed any details so know it is deffinatly not me thats inputted somthing wrong.. (whch i was stressing over at 3 this morning)

Phew - FINALLY got thru to see, used the "change address" option - gave new email address and got the confirmation :):):)

    • I read the Kerrang review and they didn’t seem overly positive. The definition of a 6 out of 10.
    • Interesting the stat guys say 3 points and -3 goal difference is where it gets to 50/50 territory in terms of going to the last 32. If Scotland lose their last 2 at best they are on -1, play like they did yesterday and they could take a heavy loss.   However thinking about it positively get 4 points from the last 2 games and the group is won! Have heard a few saying Scotland should just park the bus next 2 games, but not sure they have the players to do it. From my perspective they could really do with a decent defensive midfielder to add balance, but not sure if they have one in the squad. They also need significantly more from Mctominay who I thought was poor, but understand he has been unwell.
    • Yup and they aren't all going to get them, some are going to miss out. Speaking of this, I met someone at RIP who went to RFP and his view was band wise it's value for money but it wasn't a festival itself he'd be rushing to return to. In fairness as well he probably liked more of the headliners there than me this year whereas I was more undercard and he wasn't returning.
    • Maybe Starmer's legacy will be a war with Russia.
    • How were GnR? Seen some videos and pictures and let's just say, the crowd to the sides at the front and in front of the sound tents were let's just say... Sparse compared to LB.
