First of all i went to v this year, just last weekend, had a fab time and im now on about doing 2 festivals next year. Glasto with the chilled laid back friends and v again with the more pop" act friends.

Weve all registered and had our photos accepted so have the registration number.

Now is it on ticket day inside seetickets itself where we enter each registration number against a ticket?

Also if we pay the £50, can we then pay the balances seperately. eg i do mine on my card, friends do theirs on their card?

I assume the £50 has to be paid on one card?

Iv a look on the offical site and its all a bit wordy.

I know its along time away yet but has anyone compilied like a guide of the camp sites as to advantages disadvantages of each, eg rowdy, but close to the stages. There was one on the v festival forum which was very useful.

Where are the so called "lock ups" iv been reading about. I bought one of the lockerhouse lockers at v which was very handy to put cash and car keys in but it doesnt seem as though they operate at glasto.

What are the rules on bbqs?

Thank you!

The £50 deposits will need to be on the same card. Balances can be paid off individually with different cards.

This will cover your camping and probably any other questions you may have.

CND run the lock ups and you can leave anything from a crate of beer to your ticket stub! These are free but its nice if you leave a donation.

BBQ's are fine.

Thank you!

    • good move - got to start saying No to these prices or nothing will change
    • Are there any shaded areas to take a break from the strong sun? Yes, i think there is some.    Theres loads of trees on the island where you can find shade… They have already erected a few domes in the Island but whether they will be cooler or green houses is as yet unknown 🙃…..weather forecast isn’t too hot currently….im more worried its gonna rain at this moment.
    • I Paid £30 for the lightning Seeds a year or so ago   so. the value for money on this is incredible
    • Never too early to start discussing next year’s headliners right?   I’m not attending this year so thought I’d get the ball rolling as I saw Weezer have a new album out in August I’d expect them to do this or Slam Dunk next year. I mean they’re probably too big for this however I think they’re niche enough that they would maybe do it, it just depends on if the fee is a bit out of range for trees.    It’ll be the 20th anniversary next year so I’d expect some throwbacks and hopefully some big headliners/acts. James has already said he’s made a mad booking that you wouldn’t guess & I think he mentioned that he’s spent something like 80% of this years budget of next years top line already on last weeks 2 promoters 1 pod (Don’t quote me on that).    I reckon they’ll try for and get at least two (not all) of the following - Enter Shikari, AFI, Weezer, Sex Pistols Feat Frank Carter, Frank Turner & The Sleeping Souls
    • for some reason last night watched series one of Prey on Netflix.   if Legends was written by Timmy Mallet (see above) then Prey seems to have been made by Mr Blobby.   why are all these British crime dramas so sh*t?
