No. Not eating is the best way I find. Taking certain substances help suppress your appetite. Allow yourself to eat freely come Sunday evening as you'll be on the home straight then.

Chelmsford leisure centre is a good place for a clean seat and a shower, if your going Chelmsford.

For me, i just held my breath and took a swig of water each time i planned on breathing then i could focus on what lay ahead for me.. getting out there quick!

I felt they were surprisingly clean at Glasto, where as my mate was nearly sick. The way i suggest going about it, and sod all the tablets and just do it is, just make it out like the worst place ever, expect the worst smell ever and you'll be alright

i find sticking toilet paper up each nostril stops me gagging, and if i'm not gagging, i just hover over the loo, go to "my happy place" in my mind and happily drop my turd!

Also the happy crapper loo's are well worth the £2, once each day to crap in their wooden bogs with sawdust!

get yourself a poo tent, buy cheap crappy tent (kiddies thomas the tank engine tent for comedy value.....i.e. if you see this tent please dont kick it the chances are I'll be curling 1 out in it) and take a gardening spade (1 of them little hand held ones) cut a hole in the bottom of your poo tent, then dig a hole with your spade, do what you gotta do in the hole, cover it back over, then move the poo tent over a few feet, for your next dump!!!

i use imodium every year works great for me never feel the urge to drop anchor in poo bay all weekend, plus you get to have an absolutely banging shit on the monday when you get home
