Campervan Passes

Just got off the phone to SeeTickets. As they have not sent me the campervan pass that should have been enclosed with our festival ticket, they have arranged for it to be collected on arrival.

This is the latest information I have been given:

If See have arranged for your pass to be collected when you get to the festival site, then, when you reach the entrance to the campervan field (in our case West), SeeTickets staff will be at the entrance to provide the missing pass. Previously been told will need to drive to box office and then was told there was a "holding area" inside the entrance to the campervan fields to park in whilst went to get the pass from See's office but I am now assured by them that the above arrangement is what will happen. Whichever turns out to be the case, need to give your reference number and show the credit card used to purchase the pass to verify your entitlement.

NOTE: this appears only to apply if See Tickets have previously agreed this with you, not if you have lost or forgotten your campervan pass!

Wow, what a hassle!Here's hoping that they do indeed do what they say. Fingers crossed for anyone affected xx

I haven't been sent my festival ticket or campervan pass and have to pick them up. Seetickets keep telling me different things. Wanted to get them Tuesday and at first they said I could. Now they're saying it will be wednesday but I want to camp with my friends who are arriving very early wed. They don't seem to know wht's happening. Complete nightmare.
