I would advise everybody still waiting for an email from DX to email them at [email protected]. I emailed them enquiring on which date my tickets would be sent out.

I received a reply almost immediately with the tracking number for my tickets and the message

'I can confirm that we have your tickets. You can book a suitable delivery date to your home, work, 2nd residential at www.thedx.co.uk/delivery or let me have these details and I can book them for you.'

That was on Monday lunchtime, I asked for them to be sent out today and I received them before noon.

It seems that the best way is to go direct to them through the email above.

I hope this works for you guys.

I received no email or card through the door. Rang up yesterday and they said they were due to be delivered on the 14th, "bit late for me" I said, so she immediately offered to deliver them today. Been up since 8, not left the flat and I can even see the front door from where I've been sat all day. Still nothing.

We had a card left (they said on Sunday) the they came to redeliver my daughters tickets today.

She wasnt here, and the idiot refused to leave the tickets as i didnt have her passport, driving licence, or bank card. The calling card said "EG...passport, driving licemce or bank card" As far as I knew that means for example, not that its set in stone. I had plenty of other stuff with her name and address on, but he refused them all.

I offered my ID, same surname, no, he wouldnt have any of it.

So he left with her tickets.

This is ridiculous. This is the address that she ordered the tickets from, and had them delivered to. Does he think Im a burglar waiting for the Glastonbury tickets so I can steal them?

Id waited in all day for the tickets.

Please Glastonbury, dont use these jobsworths again. there are far better courier services out there.

now starting to panic! had an email today to say our tickets and been delivered and signed for on saturday! guess what? no tickets! we were in when they said they had delivered them so god knows who has signed for them but it wasnt us!! we also never had an email to say they were on the way!

we tried to get through to DX who then passed us on to seetickets who are hopefully trying to sort it tomorrow through customer services. they said that they will send us a copy of the photo of the delivery dress and a copy of the signature - im hoping that theyve gone to a nice honest neighbour but since its now 4 days since they delivered them im a little worried!!

Got email from see tickets saying tickets had been passed to DX and they would be in touch to arrange a delivery time, then heard nothing from DX until email yesterday saying they had attempted delivery and failed. People were in the house all day and no card was left. Have now rearranged for tomorrow so fingers crossed.

I'm glad I read this thread though because hadn't noticed the fact that ID is requested on redeliveries!

DX secure are atrocious. I have waited in for deliveries 3 times in the last fortnight, twice taking a day off work (lost wages more than the price of the ticket) and once on a saturday when I asked them to upgrade to a weekend delivery. The only time they have actually attempted a delivery was on monday, when they left a card dated 6/6/09 (monday was 7/6/10) - the guy doesn't even know what year it is! Now they are supposed to deliver tomorrow and they've given me a 2 hour window, so fingers crossed but I'm not holding out too much hope tbh.

My tickets arrived the day before the email was sent out to say tickets were being dispatched

Although I was lucky by the sounds of it cause I was just leaving the house to goto work and this guy was just walking upto the door with my ticket in hand saying he had some post for me :-) ...My housemates didn't arrive till last week when he had to re-arrange delivery for a sat and they arrived with no problems,

Well here is my story so far.

Last Wednesday i get e-mail from See to say tickets dispatched to DX-great i thinks.

Saturday supposed attempted delivery-no card left, Mum in all day waiting-nothing.

Monday e-mail from DX saying failed delivery, call us to rearrange-i call them to arrange collection from Basingstoke regional DX depot on Wednesday-great i thinks.

Tuesday-receive e-mail from DX saying my tickets are there and awaiting pick up on Wednesday, saying I MUST PICK UP ON WEDNESDAY-Great i thinks.

Wednesday-after arranging to finish work early i am just about to leave work in Reading to head to Basingstoke and i get text saying tickets will be at Basingstoke on THURSDAY-WOT THE f**k IS GOING ON I THINKS.

I phone them, they say very sorry but they are not there until tomorrow, why the e-mail saying they are there and ready for collection then? i ask. Dont know they say.

Now i have to go and beg the boss for an early finish tomorrow instead of today now. Great.

THIS FIRM SHOULD NEVER BE LET NEAR GLASTONBURY TICKETS EVER AGAIN. USELESS.

Mine arrived today, but received no text / email to say approx when he'd be here, as advised on the phone.

But hey, IT'S HERE! So I don't really care now.

I'm assuming the car park pass will be separate???

Peace x

    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
