WTF?

How about a snorter? decent metal one should last forever, and keeps everything dry.

Twist opening on side or bottom prepares a dose, without the main area being exposed. good to go.

Ziplock bags are great if by keep powder dry you really mean get powder all damp and sticky. Seriously they sweat like hell in the hot weather.

Your best bet I would say would be to use good old paper wraps. Use non glossy paper and it should stay nice and dry providing you don't drop it in a puddle. Job done!

Paper should absorb any excess moisture and stop your stash from getting all sweaty.

Keep it in a sealed tupperware container in your tent with one of these maybe?
