Hmmm, im not sure. They are 3rd on the lineup... and like you said they got big of thier last 2 albulms, so im thinking it will be 50/50 old and new stuff. Kinda like thier greatest hits since they first started, as lets face it, most the old songs are alot better than the new stuff. I love both, both old stuff is a lot better, and if they want to get bigger they have to show previous work :P

So im thinking all thier best songs throughout thier time, espeshally as only revolutions came out early 2009 didnt it? Im not sure the whole of 2009 is a blur to me right now!

old stuff you can realistically hope for

glitter and trauma

57

27

joy discovery invention

theres no such thing as a jaggy snake

questions and answers

liberate the illiterate

new stuff that will more than likely be played

saturday superhouse

living is a problem

that golden rule

get f**ked stud

many of horror

the captain

whos got a match?

mountains

bubbles

so i expect all of the new stuff above, and then throw in 2/3 of the older material.

im 95& sure thats what will happen.

Seen em quite a lot since Puzzle and gotta say even at their own gigs old material is pretty limited, usually 4 or 5 max inc 57, Justboy, Glitter and Trauma and Liberate the Illiterate recently

I love all their stuff but really do miss the pre Puzzle times when you'd get a good mix of the 3 other albums cos in my opinion it really is the best stuff.

They'll still be f**king epic like always at Leeds though!

the old stuff so much better.

put right off by the previous setlists.

seriously, only playing one song from the first three albums...that's terrible.

blackened sky and vertigo of bliss are amazing.

but sadly i'm not totally arsed about seeing them this year because i know they'll play shit liek captain and many of horror, which you would hear playing at mcdonalds and asda and shit- i mean, is there any more obvious sign of a band's downfall??

BODIES IN FLIGHT!!

would love a bit of that.

Still, That Golden Rule is a pretty awesome song :P

cant be arsed with biffy anymore, first three albums are brilliant, i remember when they played all the way down back in 2005 on main stage early. was brilliant zoomed in on Simon Neils face and he had a tear in his eye.

Last two times i saw them they played the generic new stuff. pretty boring.

Although when they played 2007 in the tent and played Folding stars, that was epic!

yeah i know, i just thought it was a well written pop tune, and went down very well live. ALl the new stuff literally comes from the same "biffy" mold, as in they all sound much the same, when biffys USP back in the day was they varied with the styles.

eradicate the doubt

wave upon wave

questions and answers

hero management

strung to your ribcage

got wrong

kids from kibble

with aplomb

toys toys toys

if any of these were played, i would love it. id just like it if they alternated the setlist every night. Green Day, Metallica dn Frank Turner have all done this when ive seen them. Have a few stapels, then add some surprises somwhere in the middle.
