Disabled PA ticket

Has anyone every applied for a ticket as a PA to a disabled person before? My mum is disabled and meets all the criteria for applying for the scheme (so my Dad can come and help her out at the festival). She sent all the paper work and stuff off ages ago, so we're wondering how long it normally takes to get a response. The info page on the Glastonbury website doesn't give much information about how long to expect to wait etc.

My mum does need my Dad's help at the festival, there's absolutely no way she would ever be able to go alone because she's physically handicapped, so we're not to worried about him getting turned down as a PA, but it would be nice to know how long she's expected to wait before getting a definite answer!

Any info greatly appreciated :P

ask for pa,disabled access info,

you will need to complete form and send it to them with recent letter from dla stating your entitlement to top mobility or middle rate of personal care, think it has to reach them by begiging of may but claire who deals with enquiries very helpful.

Thanks! We sent the forms off in February when the full ticket balance was paid off, send all the DLA stuff etc, but haven't had a reply, so we're just wondering how long it normally takes before we can expect a response.

How long does it take for your wife to hear back from them once the forms have been sent off? Thanks :P
