I need a car parking ticket

I've asked same question apparently you can buy them after once your payment has cleared, ring See Tickets and they can do it for you.

Is this for def? We've got ours sorted first time round but my Niece and her friend got tix today but couldn't get hold of CP tix, can they def ring See Ticks for them?

I'm in the same boat - lucky enough to get tickets yesterday but no parking! It's for me, my partner, and our 2-year-old (his second Glasto!) so definitely need to travel by car.

I've read elsewhere on this forum that tickets are commonly available "on the door" but I'm a bit nervous about that!

They seem to back on sale on the website. Go to www.seetickets.com/glasins, put in your reference number and you can add on the parking ticket.

Could a thread of this sort not be pinned somewhere? There must be at least 30 of these posts every year and every year the answer is the same!

I know people who haven't been before may panic but you really shouldnt. You can buy them on the day, the festival may not publicise this but it is 100% fact. I've done it for the last few years for differing reasons.

As soon as you enter the car park there will be a steward who will sell you one. I know a bloke who was doing it as part of his car park attending work and he took thousands of pounds in his shift alone. DO NOT pay over the odds for car park tickets on ebay and the like.

Hi,same thing happend to me Seetickets said they had sold out of car parking tickets, so i e:mailed Glasto office about paying on the gate, they said it is possible but not preferable & Seetickets where wrong to say they had sold out, so i rang Seetickets back & they said there had been a mistake & there where plenty of tickets left.

The reason why it is preferable to order your car parking ticket in advance is that it gets the traffic moving onto the site quicker.

If you have your sticker on the windscreen when you drive in then they will just wave you on through without you having to stop until you reach your parking space.

Also they get a rough idea of how many cars will be staying on site and of course they get the benefit of the interest accrued over 3 or 4 months of having tens of thousands of £15's.

Also by ordering your car-parking sticker they have less cash being carried round the site by the car park stewards.

I also called SEE yesterday and they seem to have an automated system for ordering car-park stickers.

just call see. i added a car parking ticket today to my order, paid 15 over the phone, they sent me a refrence number, added to my existing order of tickets, and no 2nd postage charge.

simples!

just closed this option during resal to speed things up and simplify things online.

0844 412 4626 gets you straight through to buy a ticket - easy. Seems there are still loads there and obviously you can get them on the day but why pay more?

Call that number. job done. no worries. Simples!
