5th top of mainstage on Friday? Would be a nice start to the weekend with Hayseed Dixie below them!

There's still a few slots on the Saturday / Sunday mainstage too so they could get slotted in the middle of Saturday.

I hope so, I wrote them off as just a random pop act that had 15 minutes of fame in the nu-metal fad, but the albums they released after, which no one bought, are actually pretty dam good.

I assume you stopped listening to them once they went out of fashion?

Their new stuff imo is undoubtedly better then anything they put out in the nu-metal fad and far more consistent, just it hasn't got a lucurative marketing budget to go with it anymore...

For the record I was never in fashion. I was short, fat with long curly ginger hair. What was in fashion was not my concern.

I stopped listening to them when they put out that shit 4th record. I still listen to All Killer and Half Hour of Power but personally i don't rate their new stuff. Avril Lavigne got in Wibleys head! :P

    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
