Ozzy Osbourne?

At the end of the month Ozzy Osbourne is going to release his plans to set out next year on a massive 18-month world tour in support of his upcoming album, Soul Sucka which is scheduled for a tentative release date of June 2010.

There's a couple of things there that might fit with Download, his timing for an announcement, and the album's June release.

Ozzy's tour is bound to include a festival or two.

Would be great 2nd from top.. He is still entertaining and of course has tunes but he is no longer musically good enough to pull off headlining anymore. 2nd from top as the sun is going down would be perfect for him. Before AC/DC would be epic

Should Ozzy be there??

Hmmm now I am one of Ozzy's biggest fans I first saw him in '84 on BATM tour and he was amazing. The last "good" time I saw him was Sabbath's reunion tour of '99 and as I say he was good then. However, I personally think he is passed it now as sad as that is, and don't think he should be headlining Donington 2010. Possibly give him a slot somewhere on the main stage on Sunday but certainly not headlining. Ozzy deserves better than to be remembered as a has been who can't cut it any more and you have to remember that some people at Donington 2010 will not have seen Ozzy live before and I would hate for the Godfather of Rock, Double O and self confessed madman to disappoint people.

With all this said if Ozzy does play you can guarantee that I will be at the front (hopefully!) rocking with the best of them.

Ozzy is nothing less than a legend and I would rather him stay that way - Ozzy........we love you!

I'd be very dissapointed if I saw Ozzy nowadays tbh. Go youtube the footage of his most recent show (Blizzcon last august) and he sounds horrendous, like really really bad.
