Seen Editors a few times live and saw bloc party last year and the Editors are a much better live band. Although I think they would be perfect as JP headliners and seem to excel is smaller venues

i've seen them during the day time at V in '07 and i didn't think they were that bad it was a pritty good atmosphere and the crowed fully appreciated them could be quite good...

Well the guys over at Glasto-watch.. are claiming that the Editors are added along with the Wombles, Saw Doctors and a few others............

Nothing on efest rumours yet but..........

I could see them playing a Sunset slot on the Pyramid Stage, that would go down well. Their 2008 set was one of my top 3 moments from that year's Glasto.

Nowhere near the same size as Bloc Party(look where they have appeared at recent other festivals. Normally 2 places, sometimes 1 below Bloc Party.).

The John Peel stage would be the biggest place they could headline, which I doubt. Far more likely to play 3rd topish on the Other Stage if they play.

I would like them to play, some decent stuff! Doubt I'd see them though, would be elsewhere seeing something I'd have no chance of seeing anywhere but Glastonbury!

Went left the front row after Jamie T, thinking we wanted something more upbeat than a front row place at doves...... so went to bloc party.

Biggest mistake of my life. Egotistical bunch of student dropout shitc**ts led by a poser who cared more about gettin his new trim pecks out than getting the crowd going.

We left the OS and i cried myself to sleep that night, dreaming about how wicked doves would have been if we'd stayed at the JP.

Editors however, awesome band. Played glasto 3 years in a row, higher on the bill each time. Obviously doing something right. Second to top on OS

I love Eds so would be happy with them headlining other stage Friday or Saturday, I kind of have the feeling they'll end up in the World Cup slot, which will be bad news.
