saw them last night (thurs) at Radio City Music Hall, which is sort of NY's Royal Albert Hall. A sellout and we were informed that the show was being filmed, so perhaps it's a dvd in the making, since tons of guests were trotted out in different parts (bassist from Metallica, with whom they've played with a lot before)

first time seeing them, and they were absolutely fantastic. superb. probs best gig i've seen in 2010 thus far.

I specifically went as i wanted to clear up the logjam that is sunday night at Glasto, thinking if I saw them this week, I wouldnt have to bother at glasto, and could perhaps split Wonder and Orbital and catch end of Levellers, since Jackson Brown plays Sat. But...having seen them last night, it just makes me want to see them again. I've read on here from some that they werent too good last time on the Jazzfield? they were just so good last night tho, i can't imagine them being anything but spectacular on sunday june 27. tough decision for me again now....
