Heart Attack!

last night i had to cancel a ticket, now her details were the same as mine (adress postcode) and i ordered both tickets at the same time and i was alittle worried as when i gave her details they pulled up my name and reg number.

so i made a point of sayign to the girl ont he phone that it was just her ticket i was cancelling and i was still going and she said she would make sure my ticket went uneffected.

today i get the confirmation email which read.

The refund has been credited to the card the tickets were

purchased with. The refund will clear in the next 3-5 working days.

well i emailed them and phoned them and after a bit of a panic and palpitations turns out my ticket is fine.

i wish they would do that to me, i'm not the fittest of people and it could have done me in!

close call there. good work on checking it was done right though. When it comes to Glasto stuff - check it yourself, then check it again. Have a drink of water and walk round for a bit then come back and check it again. Before you go to bed - check it again and do the same first thing in the morning. In the meantime, make sure that in your dreams you are still checking. ;-)
