I’m getting all confused, who is the third headliner, is it Orbital?, or still to be announced?

Pavement – Pixies – Orbital?

Anyone been to this festival before and willing to offer their opinion on it ie vibe, sound quality etc

Basically I'm a little thrown by the fact its non-camping - does it really have a festival atmosphere or is it a bit more like 3 big gigs?

Girona Costa Brava Airport lies 85 kilometres away from Barcelona. From Barcelona - Girona airport you can take a bus that will take to you to the Barcelona city centre (Estació of the Nord). The buses are coordinated with Ryanair. The duration of the passage is 70 minutes.

Arrival and departure in Barcelona: Estacio del Nord.

You can see the timetables of buses http://www.sagales.com/pubdocs/1509_aeropo...-2009-11-30.pdf

Thank you. Got another question. My plane back home departs on sunday morning. So will the shuttle bus take me back to girona on sundays as well?

And my plane arrives on thursday morning in girona, but on the timetable it says planes from bremen (thats where i come from) only arrive on lunes & viernes (=friday)?!? It's confusing, can you help me?

Bye

No, I think that the 3rd headliner is going to be a "legend" like Neil Young in 2009, Patti Smith in 2007 or Lou Reed in 2006

A lot of people now seem to think that we can look forward to some more of the acts booked for Coachella:

check it out here: http://www.coachella.com/ :P

which makes for some exciting possibilites! :P PiL are one band that I've never seen live but would like to, and Gossip are brilliant live - to name a couple! :P

Also, apparently, one of the organisers has said that one of the headliners still to be announced is on the Coachella bill, will really excite some people, but would be unlikely to sell many tickets!?!?! :P

Anyway, we've just booked our hostel in Barcelona for the weekend of the festival (having taken the advice of the rest of the guys here!) - so we're starting to get excited! :(

Metro runs all night on Friday and Saturday. The regular TMB night buses run from the Forum as well. The 5 day all inclusive ticket you can pick up for the metro/tram/bus will work on these too so a good option to grab as the queues can be less than the official shuttle buses.

    • What’s everyone’s thoughts on the map?
    • Only took 31 or so hours after the initial reports but yeah, official now. It's been a genuinely bizarre few days with it all, to say nothing of the continual rumours some of the players being on the way out on top of this change.    Certainly, it enhances the vibe that I have no idea what this season will be like. We've had manager departures early in a season before - Dalglish, Gullit, Robson, Keegan - but one walking out halfway through preseason is uncharted territory. And that's to say nothing of a hard pivot towards a Brighton style model.
    • Yep, 2nd round. Labour's Craig vs Reform's Astley.
    • Ultimately much of EU f**ked up with this, instead of showing solidarity they just said and did some stupid sh*t to supposedly punish Spain for their own political reasons. Ultimately its one of the reasons why EU will never fully reach its potential as long as it remains a group of sovereign states.
    • 2nd count apparently.
