As a Teessider I am naturally suspicious of anyone who wishes to ‘get fit’ or be ‘healthy’

I’m currently in training to become stereotypical fat northern git. Pies, pints and pizzas, pasties and parmos are being consumed daily and for a bit of variation I go for crisps

Im currently revoltingly healthy, attending a gym 3 times a week, jogging and ensuring I get my 5 a day (fruit, not pints).

However...come Glasto '10 I shall be seeking out the pies, pasties, bacon and egg butties and drinking cider like a good-un.

We all gotta have a blow out occasionally.

Roll on Glasto '10

What is one of the worst problems affecting Glasto revellers since 1970? I'll tell you - being a bit chilly at night.

Therefore, I recommend one of these

Daily.

When was the last time you heard of a fat person dying from the cold? Hmm? Anyone?

I'm skinny, but I eat shite like that all the time. I think I am what fat people call a 'bastard'. I keep trying to put on weight, but I simply can't do it.

I reckon one of those babies once a day will help me bulk up to 'extra podgular' by April.

Bacon baguette with multiple brews this morning. Although feel I am letting the side down a little bit - was a brown baguette, sorry, bad form there from me. To make up for any health benefits I may have derived from that I drowned it in tomato sauce, the full fat full salt version. Got to make an effort init

    • Remain self-imposed on not going north of a hundred, but... we're getting to the point now where the starting gun will be above that for some acts.
    • I'm finding the lower line up a little impenetrable this year   Any thoughts on heavier bands a la Slift a few years ago?
