I went to the Moseley Folk Festival this year and was put off for life, there's only so many tunes about the murder of young wives/cabin boys/other unfortunates that I could take.

Like people have said... Its just a healthy open debate, nothing sinister or moany about it at all.

If you're all so open about everything and have a live-and-let-be attitude then let people have an open discussion on an open forum with their own open opinions.

Just as somebody said previously if you don't like a band at the festival go somewhere else... Same applies to this thread.

Why should it be one rule for something and another for something else? Hypocrites.

Oooh - how was Moseley this year? I went last year and it was excellent.

If you like a bit of folk, let's hope Show of Hands, Seth Lakeman and Martyn Joseph play Glasto next year.
