Dizzee and Pendulum were absolutely amazing, but like a few others have said, the highligh of the weekend for me were 2manyDJs. Went to see the killers, were highly disappointed so went to rock out in the arena and LOVED it! absolute highlight of the weekend!

WESTON - Elbow & The Specials were both superb, and I was suprised by how good Snow Patrol were. But Pendulum stole the show for me, absolutely blew the Ch4 stage apart.

Special mention though for Fatboy Slim - wonderful set, fantastic light show and video screens - The Iggy Pop track with Iggys face in shot for the whole track was one of the best 5 minutes of the weekend for me.

- this years V was fantastic.

James- apart from the STUPID woman who kept stealing mine and hubby's hats all the way through, until I politely informed her she would be on the ground in 3 seconds flat if she didn't pi** off, she moved then!!

We all had an awesome time from start to finish, we were lucky in all kinds of ways from the car park to the queues. Deffo coming back next year :D:D

I was at Chelmsford on Sunday and as others have said Human League were the doggies gonads. We went to watch Ladyhawke and thanks to the time changes we decided to stay for what we thought would be a bit of a novelty act to be honest. The vibe inside the tent was great although there were far more bottles flying around this year then I can remember previously.

Elbow were superb and a band I will defo go to see again. Guy seemed very humble and proud of their climb up the top after 18 years.

Snow Patrol were superb as headliners and I'm pleased they got the opportunity to do so.

My only dissapointment was I didn't see keane as were going to see them instead of Oasis.

All in all a good day, just a few too many bottles flying around for my liking.

Elbow and Fatboy Slim.

Can I give a mention though to Alesha Dixon - went just to have an ogle, but really enjoyed it. Really not my cup of tea (musically) but put on a good show and got everyone going..... had a really good band behind her too (which always helps a pop act).

    • Tonight was a disgrace. There wasn't *that* much rain, and it wasn’t *that* windy. A festival of this size should be able to withstand some adverse weather without it bringing the whole circus to a standstill. And if it is true that part of a speaker on the Revolut stage fell…   As for the communication - announcing Massive Attack were playing at 12:30 and then nothing for over an hour while people waited in the rain. It’s laughable it really is.   If I said I’ll never come back again I’d be lying. The shambles of Barcelona 2022 and the disgrace of Madrid 2023 didn’t stop me, so this probably won’t either.   This festival gets so much wrong, but it is always saved by having such killer line-ups. It’s just a shame it treats the fans/customers/consumers like animals. Compare it to somewhere like Glastonbury and it’s worlds apart.
    • Yeah, I admit that a small part of me felt relieved when they announced that MA are canceled.. But on the positive side- got to see Florence Road afterall, and they were great
    • Glad I could take the €3 bus to Playa Catalunya! Hope y'all warm and dry up.
