Smelly Clothes

I got back from glastonbury and washed all my clothes, but they seemed to smell musty, i washed them again and the smell is still there

anyone know how i can get the smell out?

I lived out in Sydney in 2000 and my flat's dryer got jammed and I had to loosen the motor with WD40. After that everything smelled of WD40. However, I managed to get hold of a bottle of Odour Neutralising Drops from a store. I can't remember who made them but it worked fine. Just tipped some of it in the drum and the smell went away.

Having said that, these days you do have your Febreze etc which I guess isn't far different from any of these other products. In fact don't Lenor now do a fabric conditioner with Febreze?

Give your clothes a good airing outside on the line as well. If you can find a dry day lately.

i discovered the guardian bag i used at glasto at the bottom of the stairs today.

still had a cardi in which stunk. also some abandoned (crushed) food, a packet of haribo and a bottle of water.

i ate the haribo then proceded to pour the bottle of water down the sink. i then realised(too late) that it was vodka. gutted! the downside to the 'no glass rule'!

use that ferbreeze , wear them, wash them after and they'll probably be fine:)

I find that they smell of campfires when they're wet but once their dry they're fine. It's like my hair - that holds on to that campfire smell for weeks afterwards when wet - but i don't mind it as it reminds me of glasto
