Ok so having watched the Artic monkeys on the park stage, I Know nothing, and meeting the Lead singer of Keane at Windinglake farm and have him say to us there that "they have got something special planned for the weekend" which obviously means they didn't play.

I saw a special guest on the friday at 4. I think i later found out they were called hot rods, but to me it was some shit band playing shit covers on their 4th ever gig. So disappointed. I assumed that the special guests had pulled out and were replaced by 2 bored campers.

that was Gaz from Supergrass with some new 'project'...? Basically, just him and a drummer with backing tapes doing covers... wasn't too bad, a bit shambolic and karaoke-ish, but fun

The drummer was Danney Goffey, also of Supergrass.

Seemed a bit of a pointless set to me - fun and all, but why not just play as Supergrass?
