Playlist->Show Playlist

Select Media Library

Click the + then Add File

Select Network tab

Enter mms://www.qmsstreaming.com/glastonbury in the Address box

Click Enqueue

You can now double click the link in your media library when you want some Worthy FM goodness

Edit: Also just switched from winamp to VLC and it's a lot more stable for some reason, hasn't dropped once!

No, I think it's just our locked down system at work; probably something to do with ports. I'm gonna get a laptop in a minute and try that (the permissions and stuff are different on our wireless system)
