I have just purchased a Altec Lansing Orbit-M speaker for Tunes.

This is highly portable and will be with me at all times for those camp fire sit down with random people moments.

It cost 17 quid from escam and the sound is fantastic.....

Has anybody else got a small speaker system for there ipod/phone/mp3 player? and what's the quality like

Altec Lansing Orbit-M speaker for Tunes.

Bought mine in Oz for twice the price but it is ace...although the Prodidgy DID kill it somewhat and now any bass or volume higher than halfway makes it cut out...damn my liking for electronic dance music.

I would recommend this little beasty to anyone though. Tis battery powered by 3 AAAs, MP3 player friendly, the reason we bought it cos we dont to IPoo, and very transportable.

P'd off its half the price here but that means I can replace cheaply if need to.

Go...buy one...now.

AND discovered my solar charger has a USB connector so can charge that up...yay!
