Just a lil thing to pass the same

If it was up to use to organise V fest. What major changes would you make. Not just to this years but to the festival as a whole.

I would...

1. Add another day. Arrive on thursday, with music on Fri Sat and Sun

2. Add a lil organisation. Aranging the acts better, maybe grouping diff genres on diff stages, so people can go to that stage for the entire day and be happy, without going round all the diff stages to see everyone the like

3. Add something for everyone...but really lol. V say they do sumink for everyone, but really? do they? Id add a few more djs/electronica/hiphop acts, a few more rock acts, and a few less pop acts who arnt really supposed to be playing live and are only doing it cos they get money out of it.

4. Add another stage. Simple as

5. Add some sort of open mic stage in the campsites.

6. Remove sniffer dogs aha

and..

7. Arrange VIP access for any efester thats been to V at least 3 years

Campsite entertainment for when the bands finish and add an extra day. Most festies are 3 days for the same price as V chargs for 2 - the robbing bastards.

Agree with everything from OP. 3 days is a necessity, and so are campfires. Better variety in music(let's face it, they really don't cater for everybody), definitely better organisation, even down to announcements and things like that. Also, get rid of tickets only letting you in one area of camping. I had never heard of that before V and was quite shocked this year to be split up with half of my friends.
